| 4 | cups | chicken | chopped |
| 20 | ounces | broccoli, frozen | cooked and drained |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt and black pepper | |
| 2 | cans | soup, cream of chicken | |
| 1 | cup | mayonnaise | |
| 1/2 | cup | cheddar cheese | grated |
| 1/2 | cup | bread crumbs | soft |
| 1 | teaspoon | curry powder | |
| 1 | teaspoon | lemon juice | |
| 1 | tablespoon | butter | melted |
Use cooked chicken (or better yet cook some up fresh). Place cooked broccoli and then chopped chicken in a large casserole. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Pour over the chicken and top with cheese. Toss bread crumbs in melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 325.
