| 2 | packages | frankfurters | cocktail sized |
| 8 | ounces | chili sauce | one bottle |
| 8 | ounces | grape jelly | one jar |
Combine in crockpot and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
This is a hit with adults and children and is a great appetizer!
I use the apple jelly instead and 1/2 cup of regular mustard instead of the bottle of chili. If you're in a hurry and need it quickly, melt jelly and mustard on stovetop or in microwave and then add little smokies, heat and serve. Wa-la! Easy and great.

One of the most daunting tasks for both the professional chef and the home cook is coordinating the preparation of multiple items so that they are completed at the same time. And it doesn't matter...
We really enjoyed this dish. Even my picky 7 year old ate it. Be careful not to put in too much lemon juice or it takes over.
