| 1/2 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 4 | ozs | chocolate unsweetened | melted |
| 2 | cups | sugar | granulated |
| 4 | med | eggs | |
| 2 | teaspoons | vanilla extract | |
| 2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | cup | powdered sugar |
Mix oil, chocolate and granulated sugar.
Blend in eggs, 1 at a time, until well-mixed.
Add vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Chill several hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Shape teaspoonfuls of dough into balls.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Place about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes.
Do not overbake.
