A great variation on meatloaf using corn chips, quick and easy with as much cheese as you want. :)

Ingredients

2 pound ground beef
2 each eggs
1 each corn chips Fritos Chili-Cheese, or Doritos Nacho
1 cup salsa add to taste, adds moisture
1 cup cheddar cheese grated, to taste

Directions

Cook at 350 degrees for roughly 45 minutes.
