Ingredients

4 each chicken breasts boneless, skinless
1 can soup, tomato
1 can tomatoes, canned with green bell peppers and onion
4 cloves garlic peeled and minced
1/4 cup celery chopped
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil sweet
1 medium bay leaf
1/4 cup red wine
1 cup rice
1 cup water

Directions

Put soup, tomatoes, seasonings, wine and chicken in crockpot.

Cook on low for 5 hours.

1 Hour before done, remove chicken and set aside.

Add rice and 1 cup water stir.

Replace chicken and let cook on high for 1 hour.

serves 4.

Tex-Mex Baked Beans

Turned out great. Normally I'm not that fond of beans but this won my over. Good balance of the flavors and ingredients with a nice warm feeling from the cayenne.
