| 3 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
| 2 | cups | sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 1/4 | cups | vegetable oil | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1 | cup | pineapple | crushed |
| 3 | large | eggs | slightly beaten |
| 1/4 | cup | applesauce | |
| 2 | cups | bananas | thinly sliced |
| 1 | cup | nuts | chopped |
Mix flour, soda, sugar, cinnamon and salt into large mixing bowl.
Make a well in center.
Pour remaining ingredients into well. Mix with a spoon until well combined.
Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake in preheated 350 degrees F. oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar while still warm if desired.
