| 1 3/4 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | |
| 3 | teaspoons | baking powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | cup | chocolate chips | semisweet |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 1/4 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 1/4 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | cup | bananas | mashed |
Measure first five dry ingredients into large bowl. Mix thoroughly and make a well in centre. Beat egg until frothy. Mix in oil, milk, and bananas. Pour into well. Stir only to moisten. Batter will be lumpy.
Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
They are so good a few minutes after they come out of the oven!!!!
