| 7 | ounces | tuna fish | can |
| 10 1/2 | ounces | soup, cream of mushroom | |
| 1 | cup | chow mein noodles | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1/3 | cup | chow mein noodles |
1. In a deep, 1 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in Microwave Oven 30 seconds.
2. Add celery, onion and green pepper to melted butter. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
3. Combine remaining ingredients except 1/3 cup chow mein noodles with vegetablesm Blend well. Top with 1/3 cup of chow mein noodles. Heat in Microwave Oven, uncovered, 10 minutes or until sauce bubbles.

My family loved this simple easy meal, even my very picky son! Since my son is graduating from high school this year and he likes it so well it will be part of our open house buffet. It's also inexpensive to make. The only changes I would make would be to add at least twice the salt and pepper. I'm not one to use a lot of salt, but everyone was adding salt and pepper. The second time I made it I doubled both and they were all still adding. Otherwise it's great. Thanks!
