Ingredients

2 cups lettuce chopped, red leaf
1 cup watercress chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms thinly sliced
1/2 cup black olives
1 cup croutons
1 each avocados flesh cubed
2 large eggs hard cooked, sliced
4 ounces swiss cheese julienned
12 ounces meat cooked, ham, turkey and / or roast beef, julienned

Directions

Combine lettuce, watercress, mushrooms, olives and croutons in large bowl.

Toss lightly to mix. Arrange avocado and eggs on top of salad.

Top with Swiss cheese and meat.

Make vinaigrette. Just before serving, shake dressing, pour over salad and toss.
