This is a terrific recipe. It is not only fast but also delicious. I used ground beef instead of round steak because that was what I had on hand. Wonderful recipe.

Ingredients

1 pound beef, round steak
2/3 cup water
3 ounces mushrooms, canned
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
1 x egg noodles cooked and drained

Directions

Cut meat into thin strips; brown in shortening. Add water and mushrooms. Stir in onion soup mix; heat to boiling.

Blend sour cream and flour, and add to hot mixture. Let thicken.

Serve over noodles.

Crab Casserole Florentine

Very good way to use imatation crab. I didn't have water chestnuts but was okay without them. I think I might try cream of celery soup next time.
