This Cajun blackened chicken caesar salad was absolutely delicious. The chicken was super moist and packed with flavor. We used lettuce for the salad, and it was tasty and refreshing, perfectly balanced with chicken. Serve it with a few slices of bread, or some croutons to make a complete meal.

A lovely rich tasting lentil salad. High in protein, fiber and low in saturated fats.
I created this recipe to use leftover holiday turkey. It's a classic bound salad using mayonnaise and celery, but it also includes fresh cranberries, orange juice and cashews. Although new to our menu, it has become a holiday favorite. My family requests I make my own turkey before Thanksgiving so I can serve this salad as an appetizer at our holiday feast. I hope you will find it as enjoyable as we do. Enjoy it on rolls, in wraps, or as a spread with crackers
A delicious combination, I used the water instead of the chicken broth, and still came out very tasty!

Ginger, a bit of lemon, and some savory thyme which pairs amazingly with summer fruits accents the tartness of the berries and the sweetness of the stone fruit.
A basic lentil salad that can make any dinner seem a bit different.
