| 2 | each | flour tortillas | |
| 2 | cups | black beans | cooked, mashed |
| 2 | cups | chicken | shredded |
| 1 | each | tomato | wedged |
| 1 | cup | string beans | cook & cool |
| 1 | each | head lettuce | shredded |
| 1 | each | green bell pepper | sliced |
| 2 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | diced |
| 1 | can | green olives | plain, chopped |
| 1 | cup | cheddar cheese | grated |
| 2 | tablespoons | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) |
Lay a tortilla on each plate; spread with a layer of beans.
Lay chicken on beans.
Toss together vegetables and cheese; and mound on top of chicken.
Sprinkle hot sauce on top.

General:Juniper Berries come from the juniper shrub, an evergreen in the genus juniperus, which grows in the Northern Hemisphere....
