| 3 | pounds | ground turkey | |
| 1 | cup | crackers, saltine | or more if needed, crumbled |
| 2 | large | eggs | lightly beaten |
| 1/4 | cup | onion | finely chopped |
| 1 | envelope | sloppy joe seasoning mix | |
| 1 | x | salt and white pepper | to taste |
| Sauce | |||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoons | ketchup | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | prepared mustard | |
| 2 | tablespoons | brown sugar | light, packed |
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and lightly oil a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all the loaf ingredients and mix well.
Form the mixture into a loaf and place in the baking dish.
Brush the sauce evenly over the top.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Bake for 1 hour or until done.
Allow loaf to sit for 15 minutes before slicing.
