| 5 | each | curry leaves | |
| 1 | large | onion | finely chopped |
| 1 | each | green chili pepper | finely chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | garlic | crushed |
| 1 | teaspoon | cumin | ground |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | turmeric | |
| 1 | x | salt | to taste |
| 2 | cups | mixed vegetables | frozen |
| 1 | tablespoon | dhunia leaves | chopped |
| 2 | teaspoons | chives | chopped |
Heat oil, add curry leaves and after a few seconds add onion, chilli, garlic, jeera, borrie and salt.
Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add vegetables and cook a futher 10 minutes.
Mix in dhunia leaves and chopped chives when mixture has cooled.
