| 1 | pound | salmon, canned | flaked |
| 1/2 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | lemon juice | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | dill weed | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) | |
| 3/4 | cup | cracker meal | |
| 2 | each | egg whites | |
| 1/2 | cup | milk | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper |
Mix all ingredients well.
Shape into patties and place on a greased baking sheet or portion into greased muffin cups.
Bake at 400 degrees F for about 20 min.
