Ingredients

1 pound salmon, canned flaked
1/2 cup onion chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
1/4 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco)
3/4 cup cracker meal
2 each egg whites
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients well.

Shape into patties and place on a greased baking sheet or portion into greased muffin cups.

Bake at 400 degrees F for about 20 min.
