Ingredients

1 cup yogurt, low-fat plain
2 teaspoons orange zest grated
2 teaspoons lemon zest grated
2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
1 tablespoon orange juice, concentrated frozen
3 tablespoons poppy seed

Directions

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well blended.

Chill before serving to develop taste.

Makes about 1 1/4 cup.

Serve over fresh fruit or fruits and vegetables salads.
