| 16 | ounces | pineapple | chunk |
| 1 | cup | sweet cream | |
| 1 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | each | egg | well beaten |
| 6 | each | bananas | sliced |
| 1/2 | pound | miniature marshmallows | |
| 1 | cup | nuts | optional |
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Place juice in saucepan; add cream, sugar, flour and egg.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Pour hot mixture over pineapple, bananas, marshmallows and nuts.

I followed the recipe as directed, but, by the time I allowed the steaks to rest for several hours, my guests were so drunk that I had to ask them to leave. And, the steaks were so cold that the tarragon butter would not melt. However, they tasted great the next day! Thanks, CrockPot Carlo
