Ingredients

2 pounds beef chuck ground
1/2 pound sausage, bulk
1 each onion finely chopped
3 each garlic cloves, minced
8 ounces tomato sauce can
1/2 cup ketchup
3/4 cups crackers saltine crackers, crushed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1-2 each potatoes peeled, cut into fingers
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup sugar brown
1 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard dry
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

Combine all ingredients except potatoes and sauce; mix well and shape into a loaf. Place potatoes in bottom of crockpot. Top potatoes with meat loaf. Mix sauce ingredients together well. Pour sauce over all. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 12 hours.

Serves 6 to 8.
