Ingredients

1 each baking bar, vanilla
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 each egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
1 package mint-chocolate morsels

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In small saucepan over low heat, melt baking bar; set aside.

In large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar and salt until creamy.

Blend in egg and vanilla extract.

Blend in melted baking bar. Gradually beat in flour.

Place dough in cookie press fitted with desired plate.

Press dough onto ungreased cookie sheets; decorate with morsels.

Bake 7-9 minutes until set.

Let stand 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheets; cool completely.

Low-Fat Scalloped Potatoes

If you are a scalloped potato fan this one is worth a try. I used only half of the recommended cayenne to give it a hint of heat and was a little more generous with the cheese. Try Provolone for a smokey flavor or Swiss cheese for a tasty change.
