A simple and tasty marinade made of italian salad dressing, cider vinegar and lemon juice.

Directions
Mix all ingredients in cruet or medium bowl. Reserve ¼ cup of the dressing mixture; refrigerate. Pour remaining dressing mixture over 1 to 1½ lb. meat, poultry, seafood or vegetables; cover. Refrigerate to marinate. Drain; discard dressing mixture. Cook as desired, basting with reserved ¼ cup dressing mixture.
Suggested marinating times:
Beef - 4 hours or overnight Chicken - 1 to 4 hours Vegetables - 30 minutes to 1 hour
