Ingredients

2each avocados ripe
3cups soy milk
4ounce canned green chili peppers
1medium onion chopped
1x salt and black pepper to taste
2tablespoons lemon juice
2tablespoons sherry dry
1x chilies chopped, or parsely, for garnish

Directions

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.

Scoop out the avocado pulp and puree in a blender.

Add the remaining ingredients except garnish to the blender and puree until evenly smooth.

Pour the mixture into a serving bowl, garnish, and serve immediately.

Spaghetti in Curry Sauce

at the end of the cooking time I found the sauce lacking something so I added about 1/4 cup peanut butter and it turned out great!
