Ingredients

10 ounces shrimp cooked
1 package cream cheese (light) softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise, light
1/3 cup scallions, spring or green onions with tops, sliced
2/3 cup pace picante sauce
2 teaspoons horseradish as desired
3/4 teaspoon cumin ground

Directions

Finely chop shrimp, reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish.

Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix well.

Reserve 1 tablespoon green onions for garnish.

Stir remaining green onions and remaining ingredients into cream cheese mixture; mix well.

Spoon into serving bowl. Chill at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.

Stir; garnish with reserved shrimp and green onions.

Serve with assorted vegetable dippers.

Very good, meat ended up very tender! I would suggest adding some more sauce about an hour before you take it out, besides that, it was very good.
