Ingredients

1 each beef roast
1 each salad dressing mix, italian package mix
1 each beef broth can
1/2 each water can

Directions

Place roast in slow cooker. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over beef. Cover, cook on low for 8 hours. Meat may be sliced and served with hard rolls or shredded with 2 forks and served over noodles or rice, with broth thickened with flour.
