Ingredients

1 cup water warm
2 packages yeast, active dry
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup butter
3 large eggs beaten
1 each egg separated
6 cups flour, all-purpose sifted
1 cup raisins, seedless
1 tablespoon butter or margarine,
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

Put ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".
