Honey Mustard Steaks with Grilled Onions

Ingredients

4 each rib eye steaks cut 1 inch thick
1/3 cup dijon mustard course
1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco)
1/8 teaspoon black pepper coarsely ground
1 lg Red onion; cut red onion cut into 1/2 inch slices

Directions

Combine mustard, parsley, honey, vinegar, water, pepper sauce and pepper.

Place steaks and onion slices on grill over medium coals; brush both with glaze.

Grill 9 to 12 minutes for rare (140 degrees) to medium (160 degrees), turning once and brushing with glaze.

Cheese Crispies

If you have to be addicted to snacks, this is a great one! I was introduced to these while "stranded" in an airport with a woman who came prepared! They're great to munch on anytime, but are really excellent with wine!! Try them!
