6 each avocado ripe, peeled, seeded and mashed
2 each tomatoes ripe, diced fine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cilantro
2 each scallions, spring or green onions stalks only, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 each jalapeno pepper diced

Directions

This party-perfect appetizer teams the flavors of Mexican and California cuisine in a lively dip.

Combine Calavo avacado, cilantro, green onions, tomatoes, lemon juice and salt; mix well. Cover and chill. Serve with your favorite chips.
