Layers of Monterey Jack and sharp cheddar melt around earthy oyster mushrooms and mild green chilies, all bound together with a silky egg custard.

Directions

Heat oven to 375℉ (190℃).

Lightly grease a 9 inch square baking pan.

Sprinkle half of both cheeses evenly in pan.

Layer chilies and mushrooms on the cheese.

Top with remaining cheeses.

Beat eggs with half-and-half and flour and drizzle over all.

Bake 45 minutes. Serve with chips or crackers.
