Ingredients

4 cups coconut milk
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
3 each galangal pieces
4 each lemon grass
1 each chicken breast cut up

Directions

Fry chicken breast in a pan.

Then combine other ingredients and fry, making a sauce.

Let simmer for about 20 minutes.
