Ingredients

1tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
2tablespoons white vinegar
2teaspoons sugarVideo
1teaspoon ginger minced*
4teaspoons soy sauce japanese style
1cup radishes julienned*
1cup cucumbers julienned
4cups iceberg lettuce shredded
2teaspoons cilantro or parsley, minced fresh*

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients, stirring until sugar dissolves.

Combine radishes, cucumber and 3 tablespoons dressing; cover and refrigerate 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Toss lettuce with cilantro in large bowl.

Pour radish mixture and remaining dressing over lettuce; toss lightly to combine.
