Directions

Preheat oven 325℉ (160℃).

Spray cookie sheets with spray.

In large bowl combine dry ingredients.

Stir in all but raisins and mix well.

Add raisins and drop by teaspoonsful onto cookie sheets.

Bake 10 minutes.

No Fat but way too much sugar and carbs.

The oats help to boost complex carbs, and one can always reduce the sugar (which doesn't seem excessive to me). They're pretty much fat-free - there's no claim that they're carb free! Why are you looking at cookie recipes if you want to remove the fat, sugar, and carbs completely? :)
