Elaine's Kahlua and Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust
1cup chocolate cookie crumbs crumbled
1/2cup butter
3tablespoons sugar
Filling
24ounces cream cheese softened
2cups sugar
3large eggs
1/2cup liqueur coffee flavor, such as kahlua
1teaspoon vanilla extract
1cup sour cream
Glaze
1cup powdered sugar
3/4cup sour cream
3tablespoons liqueur coffee flavor, such as kahlua
1x whipped cream for garnish

Directions

Mix crust mixture together and press into springform pan.

Cook for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Let cool.

FILLING: Mix together ingredients one step at a time with electric mixer.

Pour into pie crust.

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Leave in oven for 1 hour with oven door open.

Remove and refrigerate until cool.

Prepare glaze.

Make sure consistency can be poured easily.

Spread on top and refrigerate for 6 hours.

Serve with whipped cream.

Tastees

These are very tastee, instead of browning the ground beef first, I mixed all ingredients together and cooked until meat was no longer pink.
