| 2 | each | rusks | Holland |
| 1/4 | cup | sauce | marchand de vin |
| 2 | slices | tomatoes | grilled |
| 2 | large | eggs | soft poached |
| 3/4 | cup | hollandaise sauce | |
| 1 | x | paprika | to taste |
Lay a large slice of grilled ham across each rusk and cover with Marchand de Vin sauce.
Add a slice of grilled tomato, and then the egg.
Top with Hollandaise Sauce, and sprinkle with paprika.
