| 2 | each | eggs | |
| 125 | grams | butter | |
| 1 | cup | sugar | |
| 2 | cups | cake flour | |
| 2/3 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract |
Preheat oven to 180.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Beat with electric mixer on low until blended, then beat at high speed for 2 mins.
Grease round cake tin and line the base with greaseproof paper.
Pour mixture into tin and bake in moderate oven for about 30-40mins.
Your choice if you want to leave plain or put incing on top.
Enjoy.
You must use cake flour, cake flour has leavening agents in it. e.g. baking power
