| 3/4 | cup | water | or meat juices, hot |
| 1/3 | cup | margarine | |
| 1/2 | cup | milk, skim, (non fat) powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 2 | teaspoons | sugar | |
| 1 | each | egg | beaten |
| 3 | cups | whole wheat flour |
Pour hot water or juice over margarine.
Add powdered milk, salt, sugar, and egg.
Gradually add flour, about 1/2 cup at a time till you have a stiff dough.
Knead 3-4 minutes.
Roll out 1/2 inch thick and cut into shapes.
Bake in 325 degrees F oven for 50 minutes.
