| 1/2 | cup | yogurt, non-fat | plain |
| 6 | tablespoons | pickle relish | sweet |
| 2 | tablespoons | dijon mustard | |
| 2 | tablespoons | whole-grain mustard | |
| 12 | ounces | albacore tuna | packed in water, drained |
| 1 | cup | celery | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | red onion | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | cilantro | chopped fresh |
| 12 | slices | bread, whole grain | toasted |
| 12 | slices | tomato | ripe |
| 1 | x | arugula | leaves, as needed |
Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix in tuna.
Add celery, onion, and cilantro; mix well.
Cover; chill at least 30 minutes.
Spoon 1/2 cup tuna on each of 6 bread slices.
Top with tomato slices, arugula, and bread slices.
Cut sandwiches in half.

This is a very good cheesecake. Easy to make and tastes wonderful.
