Ingredients

1/4pound butter, unsalted
2each ginger thin slices, chopped
1large shallot chopped
1clove garlic chopped
1small hot chili peppers green, seeded and chopped
1tablespoon garam masala
1tablespoon curry powder powder
1tablespoon juice lemon
1pinch turmeric ground
1x salt to taste
1x black pepper to taste

Directions

Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
