Ingredients

1-2 each carrots thinly sliced
1-2 each celery stalks, thinly sliced
1 each onion sliced
1 each chicken cut up into parts, or 2 chicken breasts
1 each chicken boullion cubes or package
1 x black pepper to taste
1 x garlic powder to taste

Directions

Put vegetables in crockpot. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle with bouillion and seasonings, add 1/4 cup water and cook on Low 8 hours.
