| 1 | x | nonstick cooking spray | |
| 1 | each | egg white | slightly beaten |
| 1/4 | cup | onion | finely chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | dried apples | finely snipped, or 1/2 c. finely chopped apples |
| 3 | tablespoons | oats, quick cooking | |
| 2 | tablespoons | parsley leaves | snipped, fresh |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | sage | ground |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | nutmeg | ground |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 | dash | red pepper flakes | ground |
| 1/2 | pound | turkey breast | lean, ground |
Spray a cold 10 inch skillet with nonstick coating spray; set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the egg white, onion, dried or fresh apples, quick-cooking oats, parsley, salt, sage, nutmeg, pepper and ground red pepper.
Add the ground turkey; mix well.
Shape mixture into eight 2" wide patties.
Preheat the prepared skillet over medium heat.
Place patties in skillet.
Cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear, turning once.
Drain off fat.

Around the holiday seasons, you always see commercials that revolve around family dinners....
I am looking for the microwave version of this recipe. I cannot find the creme in the stores that had the microwave version. I have used it for years...and now it isn't in the stores. Can someone help with this?
