| 2 | teaspoons | salt | |
| 3 | tablespoons | yeast, active dry | |
| 3 | tablespoons | milk, skim, (non fat) powder | non-fat |
| 3 | cups | flour, unbleached all-purpose | |
| 2 1/2 | cups | bread flour | |
| 1/3 | cup | butter | softened |
| 3/4 | cup | brown sugar | |
| 1 1/2 | tablespoons | cinnamon | ground |
| Frosting | |||
| 1/2 | cup | butter | softened |
| 2 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | cup | powdered sugar | |
| 1 | pinch | salt | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
In a large mixer bowl, place the warm water, sugar, oil, Potatoes, egg, salt, and yeast and mix thoroughly.
Add the milk powder and the all-purpose flour; beat for 3 minutes.
Gradually add the bread flour, and when the dough is workable, transfer to a lightly floured surface (or use the Dough hook attachment on your electric mixer) and knead for 10 minutes.
Form into balls on cookie sheet and bake until golden brown or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
(Makes 8 very large rolls or 27 standard rolls)

We tried the recipe and followed it diligently. It was superb and we recommend it, will use it again and our guests wanted the recipe. A winner!
