Two ingredients, one shaker, and suddenly everything from your morning toast to your evening yogurt gets a cinnamon-sugar upgrade without the sugar.

Just mix a sugar substitute with ground cinnamon, pour it into a shaker, and keep it on the counter.

Sprinkle it on oatmeal, fresh fruit, cottage cheese, or anywhere you’d normally reach for cinnamon sugar.

It takes five minutes to make and lasts for weeks.

Variations

  • Add a pinch of nutmeg or cardamom for a spiced blend that works on lattes and hot cocoa.
  • Use your preferred sugar substitute: stevia, monk fruit, erythritol, or sucralose all work well here.
  • Double or triple the batch if you go through it quickly. It keeps indefinitely in a sealed container.
