| 8 | ounces | cream cheese | room temperature |
| 2 | tablespoons | milk | |
| 1 | JAR | chipped beef | |
| 2 | tablespoons | onions | minced |
| 1 | tablespoon | green bell pepper | finely chopped |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1/2 | cup | sour cream | |
| 1/4 | cup | pecans | finely chopped |
| 1 | pound | crackers | or chips |
Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and milk.
Stir in chipped beef, onion, green pepper, pepper and sour cream.
Mix well.
Pour into a small baking dish and sprinkle pecans on top.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes in a 350 degrees F. oven.
Serve hot with chips or crackers.
