| 2 1/2 | pounds | frying chicken | cut up |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1/4 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/2 | cup | butter | or margarine |
| 1 | large | onion | chopped |
| 2 | cloves | garlic | peeled, crushed |
| 3 | tablespoons | parsley leaves | chopped |
| 3/4 | cup | red wine | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | italian seasoning | |
| 8 | ounces | tomato sauce | |
| 1 | teaspoon | basil | |
| 1 | pound | shrimp | shelled, deveined |
Wash chicken and pat dry. Set aside.
In a plastic bag combine salt, pepper and flour. Coat each piece of chicken with seasoned flour.
In a large, heat-resistant, non-metallic skillet melt butter.
Add chicken pieces and brown on all sides until golden brown.
Remove chicken pieces and set aside. Add onions and garlic to skillet.
Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1 1/2 minutes or until onion is tender.
Add chopped parsley, wine, ltalian seasoning, tomato sauce.
Stir to combine.
Add reserved chicken pieces and heat, covered, in Remove chicken pieces and place on serving platter.
Add shrimp to wine sauce and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Skim any fat from surface of sauce. Pour shrimp sauce over chicken pieces.

I think quinoa is an excellent gain, it can absorb any flavor you add into, fantastic taste, and I used fresh green and red chiles, they were really spicy but very tasty, but you don't love spicy, you should reduce the amount of the chiles.
