| 1 | large | eggs | well beaten |
| 1 | cup | flour, all-purpose | (to 2 cups) |
| 1 | tablespoon | water | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | nutmeg | mixed in with bread crumbs |
| 1/2 | cup | bread crumbs | |
| 2 | each | beef, steak |
Dredge steaks in flour then egg then bread crumbs coating well.
Do that to all of them and then brown in hot oil.
Turn to low and cook till done depending on how thick the steaks are.

Last Christmas was a weird experience in itself. First of all, as a college student you get a longer Christmas break because you finish exams early....
i don't normally like meatloaf, but this one is awesome... i make 4 at a time and my family eats all of it.. they even eat it cold!!!give it a try!!!
