| 1 | pound | chicken breast | |
| 1 | x | rice | box, chicken flavored |
| 1/2 | quart | mushrooms | fresh |
| 1 | x | sesame oil | as needed |
| 1 | x | almond extract | as needed |
| 1 | tablespoon | butter | |
| 4 | each | hot green peppers | |
| 1 | cup | mozzarella cheese | or other cheese, you can choose low-fat or non-fat |
Boil green peppers for 10 minute, brown chicken with almond extract to taste, cut chicken into cubes.
Prepare rice according the box but add sesame seed oil and almond extract to taste, then brown the mushrooms with the butter, mix all ingredients together but save some cheese out for topping the peppers.
Stuff the peppers, top with cheese, bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.

Classic way to grill and serve a great sirloin steak. The mushroom red wine sauce had a perfect balance and was very easy to prepare. I grilled my steak in a cast iron grill pan to medium-rare and served with a stuffed tomato and a green salad. Will upload a photo shortly.
