Ingredients

3 cloves garlic minced
3 teaspoons rosemary leaves leaves, fresh, removed from the stem
1/2 teaspoon orange zest or lemon
1 tablespoon white wine or orange juice, or lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon red chile powder crushed, dried
1 x salt and pepper to taste
1/4 pound butter, unsalted stick, softened.

Directions

To make sauce, mix all the ingredients together well.

Melt to serve.
