| 3 | cups | meal | whole |
| 4 1/2 | teaspoons | baking powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | tablespoon | butter | |
| 2 | tablespoons | honey | |
| 1 | cup | milk |
Mix wholemeal, salt and baking powder.
Rub in the butter.
Dissolve the honey in the milk, add to dry ingredients and mix to a soft dough.
Roll out, cut out, and bake on a cookie sheet for 10 - 12 minutes at 425 degrees F.

I live with 3 guys and we found this recipie. i made it once and now they want me to make it all the time. One time we didn't have enough irish cream, but we had a bottle of the caramel irish cream and used it. It's awesome. :)
