Ingredients

1/2 cup molasses
1 x sugar
1 each egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pint milk sour
1 cup flour, all-purpose white
1 quart graham flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 cup raisins, seedless

Directions

Measure 1/2 - 3/4 cup molasses, filling remainder of cup with sugar.

Roll raisins in flour before adding to batter.

Bake in very slow oven 1 1/2 hours.

Note: Very slow oven is 240 - 350 degrees F.

Healthy Cornbread

This is delicious and moist. It is not like regular cornbread so don't expect that taste. I used regular milk instead of soy and sour cream instead of applesauce, since I was out of those two ingredients. It still turned out beautifully and I will upload a picture of it.
