| 2 | tablespoons | butter | or margarine |
| 1/2 | cup | white wine | dry |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 1 | tablespoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1 | teaspoon | paprika | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | mustard powder | |
| 2 | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) | ||
| 1 | teaspoon | lemon juice | resh |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | fresh, ground |
| 2 1/2 | pounds | venison steaks |
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat; stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bring sauce to boil and remove from heat.
Place venison steaks on broiler pan, brush with sauce, and broil for 5 minutes; turn and brush sauce on other side.
Broil for 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
Use sauce generously.

Last Christmas was a weird experience in itself. First of all, as a college student you get a longer Christmas break because you finish exams early....
Excellent taste, light and not too filling but you won't be able to eat just one!
