1 pound cabbage head small
2 medium onions chopped
1 pound ground beef, lean
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white wine dry
3 slices bacon thick
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 pound pork lean, cubed
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

Remove outer, wilted cabbage leaves and core.

Place cabbage in a large pot of boiling water and simmer gently for 10 minutes.

Finely chop the rest of the cabbage.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil; add onions, pork, and ground beef.

Drain off excess fat.

Add the chopped cabbage, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.

Pour in the white wine.

Cover and simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring often.

Grease an ovenproof dish with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil; line the dish with half the cabbage leaves.

Spoon in the meat mixture, cover with the rest of the cabbage leaves.

Double Chocolate French Pie

My husband also made this double chocolate French pie, his friends love desserts. And this one is amazing, once it appeared on the table, everyone loved it, soon it was gone. Huge chocolate flavor, and smooth, delicious.
