Ingredients

1 clove garlic mashed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup calves liver ground
4 large eggs beaten
2 cups cracker crumbs

Directions

Combine garlic, salt, liver and eggs; add cracker crumbs gradually to form a soft dough.

Drop dough from teaspoon onto floured board.

Roll dough in flour gently to form balls 1 inch in diameter.

Drop dumplings carefully into boiling broth; boil for 15 to 20 minutes.

Chambord Cheesecake

I made this cheesecake with a couple of alterations - I used crushed teddy grahams for the crust and didn't add sugar to it. For the filling I added more creamcheese and cut down the sugar a bit. It turned out VERY well
